Akkodis, part of The Adecco Group, is seeking a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to join Lausanne Product Development. You will lead and own the full development cycle of analog and mixed-signal electronics for satellite communication systems, from requirement definition through hardware bring-up and production release.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of proven experiences in hardware or electrical engineering in regulated/demanding environments (airborne/space/automotive/medical).
• Strong knowledge with board schematic and PCB layout; experience with Altium is a plus.
• Proficiency in test equipment use and lab activities, including oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and vector network analyzer.

We are seeking a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to reinforce our Lausanne Product Development team. As a key team member, you will join a multidisciplinary R&D team developing groundbreaking satellite communications system technologies. You will design highly reliable analog and mixed-signal electronics, as well as aspects related to airborne environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

In collaboration with your project team members, you fully own the whole development cycle of electronic boar

• Design, develop, test, optimize and integrate highly reliable, cost effective, analog and mixed-signal electronics for phased array antennas.
• Drive requirements, architecture and circuit design, component selection and procurement, PCB design, board bring up, testing and design + manufacturing documentation.
• Partner with System, Radio Frequency, Mechanical and Software internal and external experts

PROFILE

• You are a meticulous, problem solver, open-minded and well-organized person, motivated to perform multiple tasks in a wide-ranging environment.
• 10+ years of proven experiences in hardware or electrical engineering, in highly regulated/demanding environments like airborne, space, automotive or medical.
• Strong knowledge with board schematic, ideally Altium365; experienced in layout a strong plus.
• Low volt, high current, low noise, high transients, DC power supply
• Digital electronics and high-speed interfaces
• Concept breadboards, architecture definition, schematics/layout design, simulation, prototype bring‑up, design verification, manufacturing documentation, and production release;
• Quality by Design; Design for Manufacturing/Assembling/Testing/Maintenance
• Enjoying lab activities; at ease with various test equipment – oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, vector network analyzer and similar
• Clear and concise English communication skills, both oral and written.
