Zusammenfassung

Embodied AI is seeking a Marketing Team Lead in Zürich to drive end-to-end digital marketing. You will own paid search, paid social, SEO and content with real budgets and clear KPIs, including CLTV-based ROAS, targeting 50'000+ clients.

The fixed-term role runs until 31 May 2027 with the option for a permanent contract afterwards and reports to the CEO. Requires 5+ years in digital marketing and a valid Swiss work permit.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning paid channels and budgets.
• Strong analytical skills (GA4 or similar).
• Fluent German and English.
• Valid Swiss work permit.

Keep our growth engine running while our Marketing Team Lead is on maternity leave. Own our digital marketing channels end-to-end: paid search & paid social, SEO and content - with real budgets, clearly defined KPIs such as CLTV-based ROAS, and 50'000+ clients. Fixed term until 31 May 2027, with the option of a permanent contract afterwards. Reports to the CEO.

Required: 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a premium B2C environment; proven ownership of paid channels and budgets; strong analytical skills (GA4 or similar); basic branding comprehension; fluent German and English; valid Swiss work permit.
