• Design and refine Gavi's funding models and grant structures.
• Define eligibility rules, funding pathways and application requirements.
• Develop, improve and maintain grants guidance, tools and templates.
• Coordinate across GMD, CDD, Strategy & Policy and Secretariat teams.
• Ensure grants design integrates with Gavi systems and digital solutions (GMS).
• Use data and implementation feedback to improve grants design.
• Support grants management transformation and adoption of new funding models.
