Job summary

Sonova Group, headquartered in Switzerland, seeks a Senior Strategic Brand Manager to elevate the Phonak brand across markets. You will translate insights into brand principles, narratives, and strategic frameworks, partnering with teams and agencies to ensure a premium global experience.

You will own brand strategy, identity, and communications, driving long-term relevance, preference, and trust while maintaining consistency and local adaptability.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in strategic brand management, brand strategy and brand identity.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into clear brand narratives and strategic frameworks.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; fluency in English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and strengthen the Phonak brand globally across markets.
• Ensure brand positioning is expressed consistently through all brand experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop brand concepts and identity systems.
• Provide governance and guidance to markets while enabling local relevance.
