Job summary

Sonova Group in Switzerland is seeking a Product Manager to own the product offering across its assigned scope, from concept to post-launch optimization.

You will work closely with R&D, UX, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver compelling value propositions and ensure successful launches. The role emphasizes strong cross-functional leadership, market insight, and delivering measurable impact for patients and customers.

Qualifications

• University degree in audiology, engineering, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in global Product Management focusing on development.
• Experience in healthcare or medical industry is an asset.
• Strong cross-functional leadership within a matrix organization.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and drive launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop the 4Ps for assigned products across concepts, launch prep, in-market management, and lifecycle support.
• Lead product definition, vision, use-case refinement, and value proposition with R&D, UX, and leadership.
• Contribute to launches and ensure timely delivery of value propositions across multiple product domains.
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and trends into product requirements and improvements.
• Trigger feasibility studies, market trials, field tests, and tech projects for better product-market fit.
• Ensure regulatory and launch-readiness compliance of products, packaging, and docs.
• Steer product KPIs including adoption, quality, margin implications, and performance.
• Support lifecycle activities such as changes, phase-in/out, and post-launch improvements.
• Collaborate with Audiological and Clinical Excellence team to deliver clinical evidence.
