Job summary

Galderma seeks an experienced Group Commercial FP&A Manager in Zug, Switzerland to lead the Group Financial Planning & Analysis and Controlling team with a strong focus on commercial performance and forward-looking financial planning.

You will own the MRP consolidation, drive brand profitability analytics, and lead AI-enabled forecasting initiatives in collaboration with Commercial, IT, and Market Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of FP&A or related multinational experience.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Group Mid-Range Plan (MRP) financial consolidation across regions, brands, and functions.
• Lead Group-level brand and portfolio profitability and GTN/PVM analyses.
• Drive AI-enabled and predictive sales forecasting initiatives with cross-functional partners.
