Mirum Pharmaceuticals in Zug seeks an Associate Director Commercial Operations to drive forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, and sales operations. You will partner with Brand Leads, GMs, and Finance to design mid/long-range forecasts and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• >5 years in pharma/biotech commercial operations or related field.
• Hands-on forecasting experience and senior stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of commercial forecasting models across brands and countries.
• Own Sales Incentive Plan design, targets, and payout coordination.
• Manage Veeva CRM administration, territories, and field configurations; coordinate enhancements with US partners.
• Support territory design, segmentation, and CRM-driven call plans and target lists.
• Develop Sales Force Effectiveness metrics and dashboards; enable onboarding and training.
