Salesforce seeks a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will lead a delivery pod, collaborating with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready implementations from day one across configuration, customization and full-stack deployment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in production systems, preferably AI-focused.
• Experience delivering for enterprises with AI tech stacks and LLMs at scale.
• Fluent in English and at least one of German or French (spoken and written).

• Lead design and build of AI agents and experiences from architecture to production.
• Oversee data pipelines and dashboards, tracking KPI and deployment health.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with customers and partners on deployments.
• Serve as a senior technical voice in the pod and align with product teams.
