Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists - Strategic Builders to act as customer-facing advisors, shaping AI strategy and agentic solution design for enterprise customers. You will translate business challenges into deployable AI deployments that deliver real value and lasting impact.

You will own end-to-end engagements, coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers, and drive adoption, governance, and measurable outcomes across the value lifecycle. 25% travel may be required to customer sites.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and Data Cloud + Agentic AI capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project and programme management skills.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time to customer sites.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle from Identify to Deploy to Consume.
• Define AI strategy and architecture; run design workshops and agent design sessions.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagement scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer-ready AI solutions using Salesforce's agentic AI tools.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management for maximal benefits.
• Synthesise field insights into actionable product feedback for roadmaps.
