Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Leader to manage a blended delivery team delivering Agentforce solutions at enterprise scale. You will set standards, unblock deployments, and drive AI strategy with executive relationships.

You will lead cross-functional builders across AI, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations, shaping the roadmap and ensuring production value for customers.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
• Direct experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform.

Aufgaben

• Lead capacity planning and staffing for cross-functional squads delivering Agentforce at enterprise scale.
• Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists.
• Set engineering standards and unblock complex customer deployments.
• Drive executive-level relationships and anchor adoption of Agentforce across portfolios.
