Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments.

You will lead a delivery pod, work with a Deployment Strategist, and drive production deployments from day one across large-scale systems. You should bring 7+ years of software engineering, strong client-facing delivery experience, and expertise with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; plus hands-on LLM and prompt engineering capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with multiple production systems.
• Fluent in two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering; strong API and integration background.

• Lead the design and build of AI agents and experiences that take real actions for organizations, end-to-end from architecture through to deployment.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data Cloud and customer platforms; oversee KPI reporting.
• Lead PoCs and MVPs that move quickly from concept to deployable in days; mentor engineers and share best practices.
• Serve as a senior technical voice, surface gaps, and translate customer challenges into agentic solutions.
