Omya International AG in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Food Engineering professional to provide technical and laboratory service support across all development stages for existing products and solutions.

You will design and execute proof-of-concept studies, run lab, field, and customer trials, analyze data, and deliver actionable recommendations, while collaborating with Technical Services, Commercialization Management, and Sales teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Food Engineering or related field; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product development within the food industry (B2B preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical and laboratory support across all development stages.
• Design and execute proof-of-concept studies for new products.
• Conduct lab, field, and customer trials and interpret results.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Commercialization, Sales to support technical conversions.
• Deliver training to Sales teams and partners on product applications.
