Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking a senior leader to direct a team of flight physics specialists focused on qualification of simulation models for training devices. The role oversees development of flight, atmospheric, and autopilot models, ensuring compliance with qualification standards and maintaining the Qualification Test Guide.

Candidates should have a Master in Aeronautical Engineering, 10+ years in flight simulation qualification, strong management experience, and fluent English with willingness to

Qualifications

• Master degree in Aeronautical Engineering or similar with focus on flight physics and complex systems
• 10+ years of experience in flight simulation training device qualification frameworks
• Experience in people management, including lateral management roles
• Excellent English language skills (minimum C1) and willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate a group of flight physics specialists on simulation training device qualification
• Oversee design and production of simulation software including flight, atmospheric and autopilot models
• Ensure simulation models comply with qualification requirements and maintain the Qualification Test Guide
• Support budget and resource planning activities for the team
• Support project acquisition bids and development cost estimations
• Support after-sales technical activities such as query answering and technical investigations
