Zusammenfassung

Stryker is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead and execute the EHS strategy for the Selzach site, aiming for Zero Accidents. You will act as the primary EHS contact for the site, including the apprentice shop, and liaise with Corporate EHS to assure alignment with global strategy.

The role requires strong knowledge of EHS management systems, fluent German and English, and 5–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

Fluent in German and English.
5–10 years of relevant experience in EHS management.
Knowledge of EHS management systems and compliance requirements.

Aufgaben

Develop and execute the EHS strategy for the Selzach site to achieve Zero Accidents.
Be the EHS contact for Selzach and the apprentice shop.
Coordinate with Corporate EHS to ensure site compliance with strategy and expectations.
Define EHS goals and align local strategy with corporate goals.
Serve as Sicherheitsbeauftragter and Gefahrgutbeauftragter for site and related facilities.
Manage relationships with critical contractors and ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 integration and continuous improvement of the EHS system.
Educate and train facilities teams to ensure EHS compliance and continuous improvement.
