Zusammenfassung

Stryker Group is seeking an EHS Leader for the Selzach site to develop and execute the EHS strategy with the long-term goal of Zero Accidents. You will serve as the EHS SME for Selzach, including the apprentice shop, and coordinate with Corporate EHS to ensure site compliance.

The role requires a technical background in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, strong knowledge of ISO 14001/45001, fluent German and English, and a proactive, diplomatic communicator capable of working

Aufgaben

• Define EHS goals and objectives for the Selzach site.
• Align local EHS strategy with Corporate EHS strategy and goals.
• Sicherheitsbeauftragter and Gefahrgutbeauftragter for the site and related buildings/operations incl. apprentice shop.
• Manage relationships with critical contractors (e.g., Neosys).
• Ensure local regulatory compliance related to EHS.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification status and risk management documentation.
• Educate and train Facility Services to meet EHS requirements and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with cantonal authorities and annual reporting to cantonal Amt für Umwelt Solothurn.

Jobbeschreibung

Purpose

• Development and execution of the EHS strategy for the Selzach site with the longterm objective to achieve "Zero Accidents"
• Contact Person/SME for EHS for the locations Selzach (incl. apprentice shop)
• Liason with Corporate EHS to assure site compliance with strategy and expectations

Key responsibilties

• Definition of EHS Goals and Objectives for the Selzach site
• Alignment of local EHS strategy with Corporate EHS strategy as well as Corporate Goals and Objectives
• Sicherheitsbeauftragter and Gefahrgutbeauftragter for the site and related buildings/operations incl. apprentice shop
• Management of relationship with critical contractors e.g. Neosys
• Assurance of local compliance with regulatory requirement related to EHS.
• Maintenance of the Selzach certification status and integrated management system related to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Assurance of accuracy and completeness of risk management documentation. Continuous improvement and adaptation of the EHS Management System
• Educate, train and collaborate with the local Facility Services provider to assure compliance with the EHS management system requirements and contiuously improvement of facility services in relation to EHS
• Point of contact to the local public authorities e.g. Kantonales Amt für Umwelt, SUVA etc. Annual Reporting to the cantonal Amt für Umwelt Solothurn (Environmental protection certification) as part of the "Kollaborationsvereinbarung"

Qualifications

• Technical background with advanced Education in Industrial Engineering, building service engineering or mechanical engineering
• Knowledge in Facility Management
• Knowledge and training in safety aspects ("Sicherheitsbeauftragter")
• Fluent in German and English
• 5 -10 years relevant work experience
• Knowhow and experience in EHS Management Systems
• Self-motivated/self-starter and ability to work independently or in teams
• Service oriented attitude combined with innovative thinking
• Business minded, change orientated and pro-active personality
• Diplomatic, tactful and approachable; capable of navigating in a Corporate environment in terms of communication, escalations etc.

Switzerland Pay Ranges:

• Switzerland: CHF114,000 - CHF189,900 CHF Annual
