Otis SA in Fribourg (HQ Fribourg) seeks an experienced EHS leader to head the national EHS team within a hybrid work model. You will ensure compliance with Swiss regulations and lead safety initiatives across the organization.

The role requires a university degree or Swiss EHS qualification, with several years in EHS and strong knowledge of UVG and EKAS 6508. You will report to the Senior Director EHS Central Europe and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or Swiss EHS diploma with several years of relevant experience.
• Qualification in occupational health & safety (e.g., ASGS Specialist, SiBe, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Swiss safety regulations (UVG, EKAS 6508).
• Experience in EHS / occupational safety in an industrial environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the EHS team (4 employees) with nationwide responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with SUVA, EKAS 6508, UVG, VUV and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce workplace accidents and illnesses.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Advise leadership and collaborate with authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Manage training concepts and deliver EHS-related training programs.
• Analyze incidents and derive corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee EHS reporting and KPI management.
