Zusammenfassung

Stryker Group is seeking an EHS Leader for the Selzach site to develop and execute the EHS strategy with the long-term goal of Zero Accidents. You will serve as the EHS SME for Selzach, including the apprentice shop, and coordinate with Corporate EHS to ensure site compliance.

The role requires a technical background in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, strong knowledge of ISO 14001/45001, fluent German and English, and a proactive, diplomatic communicator capable of working

Qualifikationen

• Technical background with advanced education in industrial/building service/mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge in Facility Management.
• Knowledge and training in safety aspects (Sicherheitsbeauftragter).
• Fluent in German and English.
• 5-10 years relevant work experience.
• Know-how in EHS Management Systems.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams.
• Service oriented with innovative thinking.
• Diplomatic, tactful and approachable in corporate communication.

Aufgaben

• Define EHS goals and objectives for the Selzach site.
• Align local EHS strategy with Corporate EHS strategy and goals.
• Sicherheitsbeauftragter and Gefahrgutbeauftragter for the site and related buildings/operations incl. apprentice shop.
• Manage relationships with critical contractors (e.g., Neosys).
• Ensure local regulatory compliance related to EHS.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification status and risk management documentation.
• Educate and train Facility Services to meet EHS requirements and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with cantonal authorities and annual reporting to cantonal Amt für Umwelt Solothurn.
