OM Pharma, a Geneva-based biopharmaceutical leader, seeks a Safety & Environment Engineer for its Meyrin site. You will lead the Safety & Environment strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.

The role combines hands-on operations with strategic leadership across cross-functional teams. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field, CFST Safety Officer/Engineer certification, and 3–5 years of experience in SHE management within manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in safety and environmental management in manufacturing/process industries.
• Fluent French with good English both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deploy the site's Safety & Environment strategy and ensure ISO 14001/45001 compliance.
• Coordinate audits, inspections and liaison with regulatory authorities.
• Develop training programs and promote safety culture across the site.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to reduce risk.
• Support environmental and safety aspects of engineering projects and emergency preparedness.
