Job summary

Arbeitnow seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Lead to own the technical development, integration, and lifecycle management of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and determine when to use standard capabilities, low-code, or custom code.

This is a hands-on leadership role with governance and long‑term ownership.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
Knowledge of Dataverse data models, security, and extensions.
Experience with REST/OData, Dataverse Web API, and enterprise integrations.
Proficiency in Git-based source control, CI/CD, and ALM processes.

Responsibilities

Own the platform direction for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions across Dataverse and Power Platform.
Develop custom APIs, plugins, and client-side extensions when needed.
Design secure integrations between Dynamics and other enterprise systems.
Establish best practices for source control, testing, deployment, and security.
Guide implementation partners and ensure solutions meet standards.
