isolutions AG is seeking a pragmatic Dynamics 365 Platform Owner to take end-to-end responsibility for our Microsoft business application landscape, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central and Power Platform. You will design, implement and operate solutions, manage changes and releases, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn business challenges into scalable technical outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or comparable platforms.
• Strong experience in application or platform management, ideally in a senior role.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse and Power Platform; Business Central is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform landscape.
• Manage requirements, design, implementation, testing, adoption and go-live.
• Identify opportunities to digitalize and automate end-to-end processes.
• Design and introduce new solutions on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Configure and customize applications; coordinate complex developments with partners.
• Ensure stable operation, incident and problem management, releases and upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and data engineers to build scalable solutions.
• Conduct workshops and trainings to drive user adoption.
