Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a Lead DXP Engineer in Switzerland. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable Java-based applications with a focus on security and performance, collaborating with experts and teams across the organization.

You will work with Spring Boot, CMS platforms like Magnolia/AEM, and modern frontends (TypeScript/Vaadin). Proficiency in German and English is required, with a hybrid Swiss work model and strong focus on quality and ownership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent qualifications.
• Several years of Java backend development experience in a web environment.
• Experience with Scrum and agile methodologies.
• Experience developing data-driven apps using Java, Spring Boot and SQL with TypeScript or Vaadin frontends.
• Experience with CMS Magnolia or Adobe AEM.
• Strong commitment to software design quality and clear communication.
