ELCA Group in Switzerland seeks a Senior Expert to lead complex CX transformation initiatives and act as Trusted Advisor and Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Contact Center engagements.

You will guide clients through workshops, map processes, design future-state operating models and migrations to cloud/AI-enabled services, while mentoring consultants and ensuring governance and data protection compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Contact Center or CX consulting.
• Led end-to-end solution projects from pre-sales to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel journeys and AI-assisted service.

Aufgaben

• Advise clients on engagement vision and migration strategies.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to map processes and design operating models.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-sales to go-live and hypercare.
• Act as Design Authority ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Develop and mentor a team of consultants.
