Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director of Quality Business Process Excellence in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. The role leads end-to-end Quality processes, drives strategic improvements, and partners with IMQ, R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain to ensure resilient operations.

The position requires 10–12 years of experience across Quality/SC/R&D, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and strong leadership with Six Sigma/DEX expertise. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 10–12 years relevant business experience is required.
• At least 8 years in Supply Chain (Operational), Quality or R&D is required.
• Black Belt Certification is preferred.
• Proven PE knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean or DEX is required.
• Excellent people management and ability to influence across levels.
• Strong collaboration with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain and Enterprise functions.

Responsibilities

• Enablement of Quality processes and close partnership with Quality Systems & IMQ leadership.
• Define the process model; document, train, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage investment for Quality Systems with Strategy, Operations and finance.
• Oversee end-to-end performance management and tiered PM structure.
• Own resiliency with risk assessments and supply chain transparency.
• Develop talent and build high-performing teams within IMQ.
