Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Schaffhausen, Switzerland seeks a Senior Director CAPA & Escalation to lead global CAPA, escalation and quality issue management. You will own the strategy, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with partner functions to ensure robust governance and investigations.

You will manage a 35–40 person team across regions, oversee IM NC/CAPA processes, and report on quality performance to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with local and global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Minimum 15 years in Quality Management Systems, operations or compliance.
• Strong CAPA, escalation and investigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee a global governance framework for QMS, CAPA, escalation and issue management.
• Monitor compliance and oversee effectiveness of QMS and regulatory alignment.
• Lead management of quality issues and nonconformance with escalation and resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic imperatives for quality across functions.
• Coach and develop a global team of quality professionals.
• Partner with senior leaders to manage risks and governance forums.
