Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years in related business experience; 8+ years in SC/Quality/R&D.
• Black Belt/Six Sigma knowledge required; Lean experience valued.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.

Responsibilities

• Enable IM Quality processes and deliverables across end-to-end programs.
• Lead end-to-end improvement of quality processes and performance management.
• Own the documentation and training of processes for consistency and scalability.
• Develop talent and build high-performing teams within the Quality function.
• Partner with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to align strategy and execution.
