Lonza is seeking a Senior Director to lead Program Integration and Scale-up, synthesizing outputs from multiple workstreams into deployable solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Operations Management, Program / Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Highly experienced in Manufacturing & Business Transformation.
• Ability to maintain an integrated plan across workstreams, pilots and lighthouses, assess increment maturity, and manage sequencing, dependencies and readiness against implementation timelines.
• Ability to combine validated increments into coherent, reusable solution packages and an integrated Advanced Industry blueprint.
• Ability to convert proven solutions and deployment criteria into clear requirements for capacity expansions, brownfield projects and new builds.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, engineering delivery, operational excellence and GMP-regulated environments sufficient to connect solution design with site and project realities.
• Ability to identify and resolve interfaces, overlaps and constraints across manufacturing, technology, data, laboratory, facility and operating-model solutions.
• Ability to assess increment value, feasibility, unit-cost impact and scalability and use these insights to support sequencing and deployment decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to create shared ownership, resolve competing perspectives and influence senior stakeholders across platforms, sites, projects and global functions without relying on direct authority.
• Ability to synthesize maturity, dependency, readiness, value and risk information into clear decisions, recommendations and escalations.
