Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Product (Employer of Record) for a remote, Switzerland-based role. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of a critical EOR product, spanning onboarding, payroll, benefits, time off, and offboarding.

You will lead a global, remote-first product organization and collaborate across Legal, Finance, and Operations to drive outcomes. You will translate complex employment regulations into scalable workflows and set the product direction to reduce

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with leadership of PMs
• Experience in B2B, FinTech, HR tech, payroll, or EOR/regulatory environments
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving from first principles
• Hands-on experience using AI to transform product discovery and decisions
• Ability to set vision at business-unit level and align stakeholders
• Proven people leadership and coaching of product teams
• Experience navigating organizational change in ambiguity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Strong commercial judgment linking customer value to business outcomes
• Fluent English communication and reliable home internet; remote work readiness

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Employer of Record offering
• Lead end-to-end product performance and operational experience
• Translate local employment regulations into scalable automated workflows
• Balance investment across capabilities, regulatory needs, debt, and customer priorities
• Coach and develop Product Managers and Groups; foster ownership and outcomes
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Finance on strategy and execution
• Partner with Operations, Legal, and Finance to influence profitability and risk
• Establish an AI-first approach to product development and learning
• Contribute to senior leadership strategy and organizational changes
