Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing based in Switzerland. You will lead regional commercial strategy across EMEA clinical NGS, align revenue and profitability targets, and build high-performing sales teams.

This fully remote leadership role requires deep healthcare and NGS market knowledge, strong C-level relationship skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution with product management, medical affairs and finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional commercial strategy for EMEA clinical NGS

• Build strategic customer relationships with healthcare customers and KOLs
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across regional and global teams
• Identify growth opportunities across oncology, translational research and applied clinical markets
• Oversee pricing, promotions and product bundling strategies
• Strengthen distributor partnerships in emerging markets
• Recruit, coach and retain high-performing commercial teams
