Galen in Switzerland seeks a Regional Sales Manager Nordics to lead the Nordic sales organization and drive revenue growth across the region. You will coach a team of 7 Key Account Managers and work with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to execute brand strategies and launches.

You will forecast, budget, and monitor performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with Galen's growth ambitions.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline.
• Proven sales leadership experience in pharma/regulated industries.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
