Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior / Project Manager - Oncology based in Switzerland. You will lead Phase I–IV oncology trials, coordinate global teams, and manage budgets and client relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.

This remote-first role offers Europe-wide opportunities and travel as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in oncology clinical project management, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical pharma with oncology project management experience or equivalent CRO/healthcare supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, timelines, quality, cost, resources and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Phase I–IV oncology trials from startup to closeout.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop plans, timelines, resource allocations, and delivery strategies.
• Manage project budgets and align with contractual commitments.
• Act as main client contact, ensuring satisfaction and trusted relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting study delivery.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations and service quality.
