Lonza Group Ltd. in Basel, Switzerland seeks a driven Customer Portal and Experience Product Owner (Director level) to shape and deliver the customer-facing experience layer through which customers collaborate with Lonza and securely access documents, governed data products, insights and digital services.

You will lead the end-to-end Customer Portal and Experience workstream from strategy through execution, translating it into a product strategy, prioritized roadmap, milestones and measurable

Qualificações

• Lead the Customer Portal and Experience workstream from strategy to execution.
• Define target customer journeys, personas and value proposition.
• Specify requirements for information architecture, data exchange, APIs and integrations.
• Prioritize MVP and phased delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with platform initiatives for a unified One Lonza experience.
• Ensure security, data privacy, and GxP compliance by design.
• Establish governance, ownership, and service level agreements.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making across business and IT teams.
• Manage scope, budget, risks and vendor contributions.
• Define success metrics and drive user adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Customer Portal Workstream: end-to-end strategy through delivery.
• Own customer experience direction across lifecycle and personas.
• Define integration and data exchange requirements with enterprise systems.
• Shape MVP and phased delivery with balance of value and feasibility.
• Coordinate portal initiatives for forward compatibility and standards.
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance by design in the portal.
• Define governance and operating model for ownership and handover.
• Align stakeholders across Commercial, IT, QA, Legal, and more.
• Oversee budget, schedule, risks, and vendor contributions.
• Drive adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.
