Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) is seeking a Senior Digital Communications Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of FIFA’s digital content products across all owned platforms.

You will coordinate editorial, technical, and communications teams, drive product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure high editorial and technical standards while delivering measurable audience engagement. Fluent English and a global mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of digital product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital products (web, mobile apps, platforms).
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and modern product development practices.
• Proven Experience in working with headless CMS.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics and experimentation experience.
• Experience in football, sports, media or entertainment industries.
• Background in managing content platforms.

Aufgaben

• Define, design, and deliver FIFA’s digital content products across owned platforms, managing full product lifecycle.
• Develop product roadmaps, calendars, and budgets to balance creativity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with editorial, technical, and communications teams to manage rollouts.
• Manage CMS, CRM, and regional platforms, and ensure tagging and data organization.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate needs into a prioritized backlog.
