Zusammenfassung

FIFA in Zurich seeks an experienced professional to lead in-house print production and graphic design for major sport events. You will schedule digital and large-format printing, maintain equipment, and handle urgent requests while ensuring cost control and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in print production and graphic design.
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Experience managing external suppliers or agencies.
• Experience in sport, events, entertainment, or similar industries is an asset.
• Native/Fluent in English; working proficiency in German.
• Professional-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools.
• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining print production equipment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or online shop administration platforms is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Run and schedule the in-house print facility (digital and large-format printing, finishing, binding) to meet deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and consumables, and set quality standards for all finished output.
• Handle urgent, last-minute print requests for events, often same-day.
• Track costs and turnaround time, and uphold health and safety standards in the print area.
• Create and deliver on-brand print and digital assets, from concept to final production.
• Support events, campaigns, and internal communications with high-quality creative solutions.
