Zusammenfassung

FIFA Zurich is seeking a Production specialist to manage in-house print production and merchandise coordination for major events and campaigns.

You will handle the corporate online shop, brief new products, and maintain artwork accuracy while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. English fluency and German skills are required along with strong Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in print production and graphic design.
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Experience managing external suppliers or agencies.
• Experience in sport, events, entertainment, or similar industries is an asset.
• Native/Fluent in English
• Working proficiency in German
• Professional-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools.
• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining print production equipment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or online shop administration platforms is a plus.
• Highly organised, able to work autonomously across multiple concurrent orders and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player who takes ownership and follows through.

Aufgaben

• In-House printing production: Run and schedule the in-house print facility and meet deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and set quality standards for all finished output.
• Handle urgent print requests for events, often same-day.
• Track costs and turnaround time and uphold health and safety standards.
