Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge in Design Research and related design disciplines (Product Design, Service Design).
• Ability to orchestrate research activity across multiple projects.
• Proven track record in creating experience strategy from customer insights.
• Ability to manage both qualitative and quantitative research and integrate data sets.
• Contribute to multiple products/services with ownership of deliverables.
• Experience guiding junior designers on healthcare domains and regulations.
• 5–10 years in med.tech or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads design research teams in large/global cross-chapters projects.
• Translates business objectives and customer needs into design decisions using design thinking.
• Produces key deliverables and leads client conversations within the discipline.
• Analyzes design challenges and translates them into actionable team workstreams.
• Defines workshop goals, conducts workshops, and synthesizes information for strategic decisions.
• Coaches junior designers and contributes to team culture and rituals.
• Represents the CXSD team in Roche events, communicating business value of design.
