Roche in Switzerland seeks a Software TechLead to join a cross-functional team developing integrated diagnostics software. You will translate complex customer needs into robust technical solutions, guiding architecture decisions and collaborating with Product Owner, System Architect, and engineers to deliver compliant, scalable software for Molecular Diagnostics systems.

You will mentor the team, promote best practices like TDD/BDD and CI/CD, support agile processes, and drive knowledge sharing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Development
• Several years of proven software development experience
• Experience with Rust and async/await is a plus; familiarity with Rust libraries
• Experience with modern architectures and Kubernetes is a plus
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Certified ISAQB or equivalent is a plus
