EPAM Systems in Switzerland seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to lead AI-enabled delivery across the software lifecycle for pharma-focused projects. You will own scope, schedules, budgets, and risk, ensuring quality and compliance while protecting margins.

You will drive adoption of AI practices, manage multi-disciplinary teams across EPAM’s European and global centers, and partner with QA to ensure regulatory alignment. Fluency in English is required, with German or French a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years in IT delivery management in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience delivering data, cloud and AI/ML solutions with delivery economics impact.
• Familiarity with validated-system practices (CSV/CSA, GAMP 5) and data integrity.

Aufgaben

• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and margin across programs.
• Keep delivery health and forecasts current in EPAM systems and escalate early.
• Manage contracts and changes for fixed-price, milestone-based and time-and-materials work; protect margin.
• Run delivery with AI embedded across the software lifecycle and measure productivity and quality.
• Advance generative AI from PoC to validated production with human oversight and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales to shape pricing and AI-driven delivery models.
• Apply GxP, validation, and data-integrity principles with client QA and validation teams.
• Understand regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GDPR, EU AI Act).
• Build and lead distributed, multi-disciplinary teams and report to executives.
