Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Engagement Lead for Data & AI to steer large-scale client engagements from vision to delivery across Europe. You will cultivate senior partnerships, shape proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into data-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, governance, and AI adoption within complex programs, requiring strong storytelling, cloud and data platform experience, and a track record of growing client accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing engagements or accounts in consulting, professional services or SI environments.
• Ability to build credibility with C-level executives and facilitate business and technical discussions.
• Experience in Data & AI domains: cloud data platforms, data engineering, governance, ML and generative AI.
• Strong communication and storytelling to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications (cloud, data or AI) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive account growth.
• Lead engagements end to end to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Advise on data modernization, ML and AI adoption strategies with technical experts.
• Support pre-sales activities and create compelling proposals.
• Represent EPAM at industry events and drive Data & AI revenue in the region.
