Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect to steer the technical strategy for customer accounts, guiding architecture discussions and platform adoption. You will work with customer technical leads and architects to position Databricks as the foundation of data and AI strategies.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of a technical specialization, influencing product direction and competitive differentiation.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, or senior hands-on technical roles.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL with live coding and debugging skills.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture: pipelines, streaming, lakehouse, and cloud-native platforms.
• Proficiency with the Databricks Platform and developing a technical specialization.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for accounts, from discovery to production deployment and growth.
• Lead complex architecture discussions designing scalable, production-grade solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects, engineering leads, and Directors.
• Drive technical wins by showcasing Databricks differentiation through custom-built solutions.
• Develop and declare an emerging technical specialization to become a go-to resource for the team.
