Databricks is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to shape technical strategy for customer accounts, own architecture discussions, drive platform adoption, and serve as a trusted technical partner to customer architects and engineering leads.

You will combine deep technical expertise with a builder mindset to position Databricks as the foundation of customers' data and AI strategy, while developing an archetype in AI/ML or related domains and orchestrating cross‑functional teams to deliver

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, data science/AI, or technical pre‑sales with hands‑on solution building and customer-facing leadership
• Deep expertise in modern data and AI architectures (lakehouse, pipelines, real‑time analytics) and ability to lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, agentic architectures, and ontology design enabling intelligent, context‑aware applications
• Proficient with the Databricks Platform and developing a technical specialization in AI/ML, agentic systems, or real‑time/streaming
• Experience with production deployments on public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) including security and governance considerations
• Track record of platform adoption and consumption growth across AI/ML and data analytics workloads
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex architectures to business value
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
