Deel is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to own the full credit risk lifecycle—from acquisition and underwriting through portfolio monitoring and collections—for a global client base. You will translate financial signals into clear acquisition recommendations and partner across teams to balance growth with prudent risk management.

You'll build monitoring models and automation that scale with Deel's 150+ country footprint, while leveraging data and AI to inform decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years in credit risk, underwriting, analytics in financial services, fintech, or lending.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau) and ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Analytical thinker who can switch between strategic and hands-on execution.
• Self-driven, capable of working in ambiguity and taking ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows or using AI in credit/risk problems.
• Experience in or supporting a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead credit assessments and underwriting decisions for new customers and monitor portfolio risk.
• Build and maintain dashboards and models to surface portfolio trends and early warnings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to balance growth with prudent risk management.
• Develop data pipelines, scoring models, and AI-powered workflows to speed up processes.
• Analyze large datasets and communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
