Fintech Farm Ltd is hiring an experienced Credit Risk Manager to own and implement risk frameworks for credit card lending. You will design decisioning systems, develop scoring models, and collaborate with product, legal, and finance to ensure risk-adjusted profitability and a strong customer experience.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, startup experience, and deep knowledge of international consumer lending regulations, with fluency in English.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in credit risk management in credit cards at a bank or fintech.
• Expert in developing decision-making frameworks within the credit card sector.
• Advanced degree in finance, economics or accounting.
• Preferably experience in a start-up / fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of international regulations in consumer lending.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update, and implement credit risk strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Design and implement a credit decision-making system optimizing risk assessment and customer experience.
• Develop scoring models and expert-based rules for credit decisions.
• Analyze and evaluate new data sources, adjusting data usage for decisions.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies including credit limits, pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams for effective risk management.
• Oversee the loan loss provisioning process.
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt policies accordingly.
• Engage with third-party providers such as credit bureaus and account aggregators.
• Build and optimize a credit portfolio management system for long-term profitability.
