Job summary

Indosuez Wealth Management Genève seeks a Business Analysis & Requirements Management expert to support credit reviews, risk monitoring and process automation within the Wealth Management ecosystem.

The role focuses on translating business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring traceability, and collaborating with Agile squads to modernize risk and credit processes across strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of credit management and risk processes in banking.
• Knowledge of Credit Risk principles, controls and governance.
• Experience with data models, interfaces and integration requirements.
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools.
• Understanding of API-based and modern architectures.
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business rules governing credit decisions and controls.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, features and user stories.
• Define risk indicators, controls and dashboards.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and delivered solutions.
• Act as SME for Credit & Risk Management processes and systems.
• Support Agile delivery with product backlog refinement and workshops.
