Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience in the functional or line management of employees is an advantage
• Knowledge of Abacus and BI tools is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, a strong affinity for figures and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communicator with an assertive personality, delivery focus and leadership potential
• German and English language skills at C1 level or above

Aufgaben

• Overall responsibility for project controlling of our datacenter projects / campuses
• Project reporting to the Internal stakeholders, senior management, investors and banks
• Budgeting, forecasting and cost control across all construction phases together with the Construction department
• Development of the project controlling team and optimization of methods, systems and tools with a focus on automation and efficiency
• Leadership of cross-functional projects in the controlling environment
• Sparring partner to the Management on all finance-related project matters
• Assumption of the leadership of Project Controlling in the medium term
