Qualifikationen

• Solid business management education.
• Five years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in construction.
• Experience in functional or line management is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and a structured, solution-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Take on overall responsibility for project controlling of data center projects and campuses.
• Prepare project reports for stakeholders, management, investors and banks.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cost control across construction phases with Construction department.
• Develop the project contolling team and optimize methods, systems and tools with focus on automation.
• Lead cross-functional projects within the controlling environment to drive innovative solutions.
