Zusammenfassung

Green seeks an experienced professional to elevate cost controlling for our data center projects and campuses in Switzerland. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across construction phases, collaborating with the Construction department to ensure sound financial management.

Qualifikationen

Five+ years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in construction.
Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or equivalent qualification.
Analytical mindset with numbers, structured and solution-oriented approach.
Strong communication, leadership potential, and delivery focus.
German and English at C1 level or above.

Aufgaben

Own project controlling for data center projects and campuses, ensuring precise financial management.
Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, senior management, investors, and banks.
Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across construction phases with Construction.
Develop the project controlling team and drive automation and efficiency.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver innovative controlling processes.
