Zusammenfassung

Green sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft im Controlling zur übergeordneten Verantwortung für das Projektcontrolling unserer Data-Center-Projekte und Campus-Bauvorhaben.

Sie steuern Budgetierung, Forecasting und Kostenkontrolle, entwickeln das Controlling-Team weiter und arbeiten eng mit der Bauabteilung zusammen, um effiziente Prozesse und Automatisierung voranzutreiben.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Bauwesen.
• Ausbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, ideal mit eidg. Fachausweis oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Führungserfahrung bzw. Führungsqualität von Vorteil.
• Analytische Denkweise, zahlenaffin, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1).

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für das Project Controlling von Data-Center-Projekten und Campus-Bauvorhaben.
• Erstellung von Projektberichten für interne Stakeholder, Management, Investoren und Banken.
• Budgetierung, Forecasts und Kostenkontrolle über alle Bauphasen in enger Abstimmung mit der Bauabteilung.
• Weiterentwicklung des Controlling-Teams, Optimierung von Methoden, Systemen und Tools mit Fokus auf Automatisierung.
• Führen funktionsübergreifender Projekte im Controlling zur Umsetzung innovativer Prozesse.

Your responsibilities

At Green, You Will Take On Overall Responsibility For The Project Controlling Of Our Data Center Projects And Campuses, Ensuring Precise And Efficient Financial Management. Your Key Tasks Include

• Preparing project reports for internal stakeholders, senior management, investors, and banks.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all construction phases in close collaboration with the Construction department.
• Developing the project controlling team and optimizing methods, systems, and tools with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.
• Leading cross-functional projects within the controlling environment to drive innovative solutions and processes.
• Acting as a sparring partner for management on all finance-related project matters to support informed decision-making.

Your profile

• Solid business management education, ideally with a Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience in functional or line management of employees is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication skills, assertive personality, delivery-focused, and leadership potential.
• Knowledge of Abacus and BI tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in German and English at C1 level or above.
