Zusammenfassung

Green is seeking an experienced professional to elevate our project controlling for data center projects and campuses, taking ownership of budgeting, reporting, and cost control across construction phases. You will automate processes and lead a growing Controlling team to drive efficiency.

You will partner with senior management, create precise financial forecasts, and act as a sparring partner on finance matters to support informed decisions. Swiss work location and qualifications apply.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of professional experience in controlling (construction industry preferred)
• Solid business management education or equivalent
• German and English at C1 level or above
• Experience in people management is a plus

Your responsibilities

At Green, you will take on overall responsibility for the project controlling of our data center projects and campuses, ensuring precise and efficient financial management. Your key tasks include:

• Preparing project reports for internal stakeholders, senior management, investors, and banks.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all construction phases in close collaboration with the Construction department.
• Developing the project controlling team and optimizing methods, systems, and tools with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.
• Leading cross-functional projects within the controlling environment to drive innovative solutions and processes.
• Acting as a sparring partner for management on all finance-related project matters to support informed decision-making.

Your profile

• Solid business management education, ideally with a Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience in functional or line management of employees is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication skills, assertive personality, delivery-focused, and leadership potential.
• Knowledge of Abacus and BI tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in German and English at C1 level or above.
