SpotMe, Lausanne-based, seeks a senior reliability engineer to own and scale a 24/7 SaaS platform. You’ll strengthen cloud-native infrastructure, optimize performance, and drive resilience across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events for enterprise customers.

You will leverage AI-assisted development tools, build automation for CI/CD, and lead on-call incidents, partnering with engineering and product teams to deliver high-availability experiences for live events.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in site reliability or similar role.
• Strong cloud-native and distributed systems experience.
• Production-grade AWS (Azure bonus) knowledge.
• Proficient in observability with Datadog, Pingdom, Elastic.
• Ability to own reliability end-to-end and influence others.
