Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Switzerland to build and run scalable cloud infrastructure for an AdTech/e-commerce platform.

You’ll own production systems, containerized apps, deployment workflows, monitoring, and reliability in collaboration with development teams. You'll work primarily with AWS and Kubernetes, optimize for performance, cost, and availability, and strengthen CI/CD processes, GitOps, and IaC practices.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Production systems with high availability.
• Kubernetes expertise in production deployments.
• Strong AWS knowledge (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM).
• Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Scripting in Python or Bash for automation.
• Knowledge of GitOps and IaC (Terraform).

Aufgaben

• Manage, deploy, and maintain containerized apps with Kubernetes.
• Operate AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, OpenSearch).
• Improve monitoring/observability and alerting.
• Streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive incident resolution.
• Advance infrastructure automation and DevOps practices.
• Cost optimization for EC2 and cloud resources.
• Build dashboards with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
